Denise Whitten

I am the Office Administrator at CORE Integrated Wealth, where my primary responsibilities are essential to making sure that our office runs smoothly and our clients feel welcomed. Each day, I open up the office and prepare rooms for client meetings, host and greet clients upon their arrival, answer the telephone and direct calls, and manage calendars and schedule appointments. I also handle ordering office and grocery supplies, manage toner orders and maintenance follow-ups on the printers, and work closely with our Director of Operations on assistance with events, office procedures, updates, and any changes for the front office operations.

I have been working in the financial services industry for over two years, bringing dedication and attention to detail to my role at CORE. Previously, I worked at M&J Valve Company, which gave me valuable experience in administrative operations and customer service. I graduated from Tomball High School, and my roots in this community run deep, making my work here even more meaningful as I serve neighbors and fellow community members.

What motivates me in this position is the opportunity to be working with such a great group of people and the excitement I feel when greeting and visiting with our clients. There's something special about being the first person clients see when they arrive and knowing that I can help set a positive tone for their experience with CORE. The variety of my responsibilities keeps every day interesting, and I take pride in contributing to the smooth operations that allow our team to focus on providing excellent financial guidance.

I am from Tomball and represent the fourth generation of my family to call this area home, as my great-grandparents came here from Germany. I am widowed with two adult children and four grandchildren who bring tremendous joy and purpose to my life. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my grandchildren grow and creating precious memories with them. I also love going on cruises, which provide me with wonderful opportunities to relax, explore new places, and recharge so I can bring my best energy to work and family.
