Frankie Holderrieth

I am the Director of Operations at CORE Integrated Wealth, where my primary responsibilities include handling office operations and project management, leading human resources, and serving as a personal assistant to CORE's owners. I have been working in the financial services industry since June 2008, bringing over fifteen years of experience to my role. Previously, I worked at the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, which gave me valuable insights into community business relationships and local networking. Prior to beginning my career, I graduated from Orange Coast College, which provided the foundation for my professional journey.

I am committed to continuous professional development and have recently been certified through MSI Institute for Advanced Communication Skills (ACSC), Time Management Skills (TMSC), Problem Solving Techniques (PSTC), and Strategic Customer Services Skills (SCSSC). I plan on continuing my education in these professional fields to better serve our clients and team. What motivates me most is the idea that every day is different, as well as assisting clients and office personnel to solve their issues. When it comes to my job, I most enjoy the variety that comes with the position and the satisfaction of helping people navigate their needs and challenges.

I believe that the greatest value I can provide for our clients is a willingness to assist with whatever they need, whether that's solving a complex operational issue or simply being available to listen and guide them through their concerns. This client-first approach has been central to my philosophy throughout my career, and it drives my commitment to excellence in everything I do at CORE.

I live in Tomball, Texas, with my husband Gaylon, who has been my sweetheart since we were teenagers. Together, we have a blended family of three sons, one daughter, and seven grandchildren who bring tremendous joy to our lives. Outside of the office, I am actively involved in my community as a member of Grace Christian Family Center Church, a 2007 graduate of Leadership North Houston, a 2008 graduate of Tomball Citizens Police Academy, and I maintain certifications in CPR (2011) and CERT (Community Emergency Response Team, 2011). I received the 2021 JW Cole Financial Team Award and am a past president and current member of The Ladies Club, the oldest club that still meets in the Tomball area. When not volunteering in my hometown of Tomball, I most enjoy relaxing time at the beach, working on writing my first novel, pursuing Feng Shui energy flow studies where I am seeking certification, and creating my own aromatherapy blends for friends and family.
